You'll work on articles, briefing notes, business cases, decision papers, formal correspondence, planning documents, presentations, proposals, and reports.

Using document samples from the course or your own content, you'll adapt your writing style to meet your readers' level of knowledge and content needs. Through demonstrations, videos, and hands-on exercises, you'll gain confidence in drafting and polishing coherent business documents that achieve results.
