Course Description

In this course, you will join appointed, elected, and management colleagues from government, corporate, and non-profit agencies to ensure continuous alignment of expectations in your organization. Similar to how vehicles with poor wheel alignment waste energy and veer off course, Governing Councils and Boards need regular check-ins and strategic alignment to stay on course.

In this course, you will develop good governance checklists, conduct regular check-ins, and implement preventive and remedial strategies. By the end of the course, you will leave with tools and strategies to enhance strategic, policy, and service alignment in your organization.
