Through this micro-credential, you will:
- Gain foundational knowledge in project management techniques applicable across job sectors
- Explore an internationally accepted framework from the Project Management Institute (PMI) for managing diverse projects
- Learn traditional project management methodologies to inform and diversify your project management skills
- Delve into collective leadership, leveraging personal and collective capacities for community development
- Develop strategies for building relationships, mobilizing resources, and coordinating efforts to achieve project goals
