During uncertain times, many of us find ourselves isolated. The courage to face our vulnerabilities in difficult situations is often an opportunity to re-affirm our greatest strengths, in ourselves and others. This course is designed to foster positive community bonds to bring us together. In this online experience, we will explore the deepest aspects of community, using the core principles of dialogue practice. Empathic leadership is imperative, now more than ever. As we have seen, there are leaders emerging at all levels of our communities. Let’s explore the heart of community leadership, together.

- Explore the foundation of what community means to us
- Re-define leadership in service of self and others
- Share how we can “live” our values for the greater good of all
- Develop approaches to sustain true connectedness and grow together
