Course Description

In this course, you'll experience a practical introduction to the design of adult learning. It will ground your knowledge in theories and tools for designing face-to-face workshops and courses.

All activities will be applicable to learning in organizations, enabling you to translate what you learn into your workplace context. Throughout the course, you'll work on designing a lesson plan/agenda for a short face-to-face course or workshop and post drafts of your plan to course colleagues and the facilitator for feedback.
