At the Thrive: Women in Leadership Retreat you will learn strategies to:
- Improve your communication, leadership and influencing skills
- Position yourself as top talent within your organization and explore strategies for sustaining high performance
- Increase your self-awareness and learn a strengths-based approach to leadership
- Build confidence as you explore solutions to some of your biggest career and work challenges
- Intentionally take your leadership to the next level
This 6-week online program will be of interest to you if you are a team leader, emerging leader, CEO, entrepreneur, senior leader, mid-career professional, new in role, community leader or a woman with a goal to increase in influence. Share experiences and learn from women who are leveraging their leadership at work and in other areas of their lives. Leave with new insights, fresh perspectives and clarity around who you are and what you are going to do differently to show up in the world the way you want, valuably and purposefully.
Learner Effort:
Each week will have a virtual 90 minute webinar focused on specific content for that week. This course will also have weekly discussion, team work, breakout sessions, peer coaching, reflective practice, journaling, and readings and resources that include practical and relevant learning aimed at increasing confidence and resilience for women in leadership roles (or those aspiring to). Pre-course work includes assessments and readings. A final assignment consists of creating a leadership blueprint for the future.
Total hours of learner effort required for completion is approximately 40 hrs.
90-minute synchronous sessions will take place on Mondays 1 pm – 2:30 pm PT:
