This Facilitating Learning Online (FLO) MicroCourse is an introduction to Design with Liberating Structures.

This MicroCourse will introduce you to the basics of Liberating Structures and will give you an opportunity to dip into the FLO experience and leave with something practical that can be applied wherever you facilitate: classrooms, meetings, planning sessions, team days, workshops, and presentations.

Course Outline

Liberating Structures are seriously fun, purpose-driven methods to unleash and include everyone to work together toward productive endpoints. Whether you just want your meetings to be a bit livelier and more inclusive, or you want to help change the world, consider adding Liberating Structures to your facilitation repertoire!

Participants should expect to spend at least 5 hours for online course activities during the week, at times convenient to them. Spreading out participation over each day is ideal.
