Course Description

This course provides you with hands-on experience in each of the key phases of project management, from mapping out the original idea to planning, leading, and closing a project. This practical course will help you plan, manage, and lead a project effectively.

You will develop mechanisms to stay on track throughout the project and learn how to recruit and lead your team. Enroll as a project team and work on a current or anticipated project to apply your learning in real-time.
