Course Description

This course provides experience in each of the key phases of project management, from mapping out the original idea, to planning, leading, and closing a project. This is a practical, hands-on course that will help you plan, manage, and lead a project.

Develop mechanisms to stay on track throughout the project, recruit and lead your team. Enroll as a project team and work on a current or anticipated project.
