Course Description
This 4-week blended online course combines the art and science of project management with an emphasis on the science. The course enables team members to deliver projects on time, on budget and in scope. Learn about project management from “concept to cash,” and from initial contemplation of a project to realizing its benefits through successful implementation.
This course provides a solid understanding of the terminology, processes and knowledge areas of project management, with a focus on planning.
