Course Description
This four-week blended online course combines the art and science of project management, emphasizing the science. You will learn how to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope. From "concept to cash," this course guides you through the project lifecycle, from initial contemplation to realizing benefits through successful implementation.
You will gain a solid understanding of project management terminology, processes, and knowledge areas, with a focus on planning.

- Review of the 10 knowledge areas of project management with a focus on:

- Conflict resolution, influence, and persuasion
- Through practical exercises and real-world examples, you will develop the skills to manage projects effectively and lead project teams to success.
