Course Description

This course was designed to generate insight and clarity for you—the developing leader—to advance toward the impact and influence that you envision. You will explore different leadership concepts to decide for yourself the leadership mindset, approach, and behaviors that are aligned to your aspirations and your real-world context. You can “level up your leadership” no matter where you are on your professional journey.

Course Outline

  • Clarifying what leadership is and what it is not, and that we all lead in different ways
  • Identifying leadership strengths and development opportunities
  • Engaging others in feedback for leadership development
  • Constructing a development path to continue to grow as leaders

  • Understand the impact of leadership in varying contexts
  • Develop a vision and plan to achieve their own authentic leadership style
