Politics and power exist wherever humans are involved, and these dynamics have existed for centuries. Their impact ranges from very positive to downright underhanded.

Many of us respond by trying to avoid politics altogether, yet learning how to navigate organizational politics and power in an ethical manner will boost your career success, no matter what position you occupy or aspire to. It will also enhance your ability to influence positive change – within and outside your workplace.
