Leading Complex Systems is an exciting, highly relevant, and real-world-driven program designed to fully engage you in furthering your capacity to lead the systems you work in and with.
When you see issues and challenges in your systems as being caused by unique circumstances and driven by various individual personalities, your strategies might focus on fixing, firing, or rotating the person.
