In today’s fast-paced work environment, we need to continually learn and evolve our collective skills to ensure effectiveness and success. As managers, our responsibility is to support and develop our people to be fully engaged and working to their full potential. Good managers know how to provide feedback that is conducive to learning. A critical skill in achieving this is the art of providing a balance of reinforcing and constructive feedback with the goal of promoting mutual insight. This course will overview the facets of effective feedback and provide opportunities for hands-on practice of these skills.
