Course Description
In this course you'll explore psychological safety, the shared belief that the workplace environment is safe for interpersonal risk-taking, the benefits to the workplace when its present and the risks when its absent. Although research shows psychological safety as the exception rather than the rule, it is possible – and, in fact, necessary – to consciously cultivate it.
