Course Description

"I don’t know, I made a mistake, I might be wrong, I disagree, I have a concern, I have an idea" – these are examples of the things team members, staff, and managers are able to say when psychological safety is present in the workplace.

In this course you'll explore psychological safety, the shared belief that the workplace environment is safe for interpersonal risk-taking, the benefits to the workplace when its present and the risks when its absent.
