Course Description

Professional and Continuing Studies (PCS) at Royal Roads University is proud to partner with the International Coach Federation (ICF) to sponsor Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Marker Training.

This course ensures that as an assessors and/or faculty member, you're trained to listen for and evaluate according to the PCC Markers while you observe coaching-program students in an ICF ACTP program.

Course Outline

In this course, you will:

• Learn the ICF Core Competencies and the behavioral markers
• Understand the standards set by the ICF for assessing coach recordings
• Develop the ability to assess coach recordings within the established range determined by the ICF
• Practice staying neutral and objective while assessing recordings at a PCC level

• Demonstrate an understanding of the ICF Core Competencies and the behavioral markers
• Assess coach recordings accurately within the range determined by the ICF
• Maintain neutrality and objectivity in assessing recordings at a PCC level
