Course Description
Organizations have many climates within each work team that cumulatively form culture. Positive teams are more productive, creative, and aligned with the corporate vision. Creating a more positive workplace culture may sometimes seem like an impossible task, but it’s not.
By leveraging the existing positive aspects of workplace culture, you can create a new organizational identity. In this course, you will learn how to accurately recognize how corporate culture is created and maintained, manage culture change through a flexible model, shift teams through targeted interventions, and identify the different hierarchical roles for cultural change.
