Course Description

Organizations have many climates (within each work team) that cumulatively form culture. Positive teams are more productive, creative, and aligned with corporate vision. Creating a more positive workplace culture may sometimes seem like an impossible task. It’s not. We can leverage the existing positive aspects of workplace culture to create a new organizational identity. In this course, you will learn how to: accurately recognize how corporate culture is created and maintained; manage culture change through a flexible model; shift teams through targeted interventions; and identify the different hierarchical roles for cultural change.
