Course Description

The generation gap has become generation gaps. Workplaces now have up to 5 generations working together. A generation can be defined as a group of people who have different upbringings, socialization, communication styles and tools, experiences with technology, experiences with social media, and education experiences. Among other outcomes, this course will assist with developing strategies for bridging generation gaps in the workplace.
