Course Description

Designing a process to engage stakeholders while delivering a worthy outcome is a challenge. It requires defining the question, planning the process, managing the room, synthesizing results, and communicating outcomes.

In this course, you will have the opportunity to identify your own question, plan an event, and practice your facilitation skills.
