Course Description

This course introduces participants to the fundamental principles of managerial accounting. At the end of the course, you will be able to understand the basic principles of managerial accounting, relevant costs and their use in decision-making, the applicability of cost allocations, budgets, and benchmark plans.

Managerial Accounting Fundamentals also serves as preparation for applicants of RRU's Graduate and Undergraduate programs.
