Course Description
Engaging in a close examination of procurement and supplier relationship management in marine operations, participants will learn how to implement strategic sourcing strategies for ship maintenance, fleet provisioning, bunkering, and port services. The curriculum emphasizes ethical sourcing, contract management, and compliance with global maritime environmental regulations such as MARPOL. Through applied assignments, learners gain practical tools for evaluating suppliers, developing contracts, and mitigating sourcing risks specific to international marine logistics.Course Outline
