Develops skills to create positive change in your community and the world. Explores how leaders make a difference and provides the tools you need to initiate your own projects. Examines essential community leadership skills and strategies for leading change. Puts your knowledge into practice by creating and presenting a Community Project. Builds your confidence and ability to be a community leader.

Course Outline

In this course, you will: 

  • Deepen your understanding of community leadership
  • Examine essential skills needed to lead in the community
  • Identify opportunities for community impact
  • Explore strategies for leading change
  • Understand the steps involved in starting a community project
  • Put this knowledge into practice by creating and presenting your own Community Project
