Course Description

Helps build the skills needed to be an effective leader in a global context. Provides an overview of key leadership qualities valued by experts worldwide and gives opportunities to practice these skills through interactive workshops and teamwork activities. Highlights the role of culture in communication, collaboration, and leadership, with hands-on application in a team-based Culture Project. Builds your confidence and adaptability as a leader in today’s interconnected world.

Course Outline

In this course, you will: 

  • Learn what makes leadership effective in a global setting
  • Identify leadership skills and qualities valued by experts around the world
  • Practice leadership skills in team settings and interactive workshops
  • Examine how culture shapes teamwork and leadership by completing a team-based Culture Project
