Course Description
Grounded in a social justice lens, participants will critically reflect on inclusion, evaluate how space, relationships, and routines influence belonging, and engage with community supports. Through rich activities, personal reflection, and practical resources, participants develop tools to create welcoming, equitable environments that support children, families, and staff across diverse early learning communities.
