Course Description
In this course, you will deepen your coaching practice by integrating somatic presence and awareness, enhancing the quality and impact of your coaching sessions. Drawing from neuroscience and body-centered practices, you’ll learn to engage clients holistically—through the body, mind, and emotions—enabling more transformative and sustainable growth.
With a blend of theory, hands-on learning, and coaching practice, you’ll develop practical tools to build full-body presence, enhance personal development, and increase your professional coaching effectiveness.
Course Outline
In this course, you will:
- Integrate somatic practices into your coaching approach to leverage body-based intelligence
- Explore the three centers of intelligence (head, heart, and body) to enhance coaching presence
- Apply neuroscience principles to deepen the coaching relationship
- Facilitate client self-awareness using body-centered techniques
- Develop a personalized somatic coaching plan for ongoing professional growth
- Practice full-body presence during coaching sessions for deeper client transformation
- Reflect on personal growth and improve coaching techniques through peer and faculty feedback
