Explore Indigenous ways of being and knowing, focusing on the interconnected frameworks of Indigenization, decolonization, and reconciliation.

You will gain an understanding of Indigenous holistic worldviews and their implications for personal, professional, and organizational contexts. Through reflective practices and appreciative inquiry, you will develop cultural competency and strategies for integrating Indigenous perspectives into various environments.
