Course Description
In this course, you'll master a robust and human-centered approach to designing and implementing products, services, experiences, or processes of any size or scope.
Design Thinking provides a solution-based approach to solving problems. It's a transformative way of thinking that revolves around understanding the people for whom you're designing solutions. Informed by testing and analysis and involving customer feedback, you'll learn to iterate on and refine your solutions using the design thinking methodology.
This iterative process helps you develop a deep understanding of the people for whom you're designing solutions, challenge assumptions and biases, and redefine problems to identify alternative strategies and solutions.

In this course, you will:
- Empathize with your users
- Define your users’ needs, their problems, and your insights
- Ideate by challenging assumptions and creating ideas for innovative solutions
- Prototype to start creating solutions
