Project Management Essentials - SYNCHRONOUS

This dynamic two-day course blends the art and science of project management enabling team members to deliver projects on time, on budget and in scope. Learn about project management from “concept to cash,” and from initial contemplation of a project to realizing its benefits through successful implementation. This course provides a solid understanding of the terminology, processes and knowledge areas of project management, with methods for engaging and optimizing team resources for great results.
