Change is inevitable, but our response to it is within our control. Resilience is the key, and the good news is that it can be developed. In this interactive course, you will learn practical techniques for strengthening resilience, including mindfulness practices.

You'll receive your personal resilience profile to gain insight into your emotional responses and focus areas for optimal resilience.

Course Outline

Explore the neuroscience of change, the characteristics of resilient individuals, and mindfulness practices to enhance emotional well-being and productivity.

Neuroscience:

  • Understand the neuroscience of change
  • Explore why our brains resist change
  • Learn about our emotional reactions to change

Resilience:

  • Discover the seven characteristics of resilient individuals
  • Assess personal strengths and areas for improvement

Mindfulness:

  • Learn about mindfulness and its benefits
  • Practice mindfulness techniques to enhance resilience
