Course Description

Liberating Structures are facilitated activities that you can use with any kind of group. They are “serious fun” processes that support engagement, collaboration, and innovation. While you can absolutely use Liberating Structures in person, this course focuses on how you'll facilitate Liberating Structures online.

You'll need to commit to two hours of synchronous learning each week during the four weeks. Attendance in the virtual sessions is a requirement for those seeking to complete the Professional Certificate in Advanced Facilitation Practices.

Course Outline

In this course, you will:

  • Learn the fundamentals of Liberating Structures and how they can transform your online meetings
  • Participate in hands-on activities to experience various Liberating Structures in a virtual setting
  • Discover tips and best practices for engaging and collaborating with participants online
  • Explore ways to innovate and adapt Liberating Structures for different virtual scenarios
  • Engage in group discussions to share experiences and insights with peers
