<p>The Truth and Reconciliation at Work Micro-credential is purpose-built to equip you with the knowledge, skills and perspectives necessary to understand the importance of systemic and internal Truth and Reconciliation practices. </p>

<p>Engage in a comprehensive exploration of truth, reconciliation, and Indigenous perspectives with a lens on improving cultural competency in the workplace.<br />
Gain practical skills and strategies to interweave decolonized practices and reconciliation, equity, and cultural competency within your organization.</p>

<li>Develop a personal action plan for advancing reconciliation</li>

<p><strong>Delivery Format:</strong></p>
<p>You will engage in blended online learning, combining synchronous and asynchronous delivery methods. This approach ensures a dynamic learning environment where you can participate in real-time virtual interactions while also having the flexibility to access materials and activities at your own pace.</p>
<p>Anticipated time investment is 4-6 hours per week, per course.</p>
<p>You will complete four (4) core courses to complete the micro-credential.</p>
