How to Apply

To join GLLC English language programs, students must:

be at least 17 years old by the start of the program
meet our English language requirements (minimum IELTS 5.0 equivalency for Leadership Academy; minimum IELTS 5.5 equivalency for Global English Programs)

If you have chosen to meet the English language requirement for a degree program at Royal Roads University by completing EAP or UAP, you will be enrolled in the International Pathway Program by the Admissions office once you have been conditionally admitted to your degree program at Royal Roads. To apply for other GLLC language programs, please follow the steps below:

Test your English >>>

We have programs from Intermediate to Advanced levels of English. An official language proficiency test-score report can help confirm placement in a specific level or program. If you do not have an official test score, take our free online English assessment to determine whether you are ready to study with us.

Agent Representation Authorization >>>

If you are applying through an International Recruitment Agent, your agent will give you an Agent Representation Authorization form to complete to give permission for them to help you. Submit the completed form to the GLLC from your email.

Registration
Choose your program >>>

Choose the program dates you want and click Add to Cart. If you would like to enroll in more programs, Keep Shopping and add more programs to your cart.
For each program, select Full Amount or Deposit. Check the amounts and review the Registration Policies. Click Checkout.

Create Student Portal Account >>>

If this is your first time enrolling for a PCS program, you will need to create a new account and Student Profile. If you are applying through an International Recruitment Agent, they should use your email address to create the account.
Complete your Enrollment >>>

You may be required to complete one or more short online application forms. If you have an official English proficiency score, have it ready to upload. When you are ready, click Submit and Continue Checkout.

To complete the enrollment, you must pay either tuition in full, or a tuition deposit for each program to secure your seat.
How to Pay
After you Register
Confirmation >>>

You will receive an email confirming your enrollment. After your payment for the tuition deposit has been confirmed, the GLLC will send your Confirmation of Enrolment Letter. Full payment for your first program is due 28 days prior to the start of your program.

You will receive a Welcome Handbook from the GLLC up to two months prior to the start of your program. Read the information and contact us with any questions.
