Coaching for Performance: Creating Inspired Workplaces - ONLINE

Many leaders are expected to develop and coach their employees but lack the knowledge and skills to inspire growth and change. Understanding the neuroscience behind coaching can help leaders move away from a directive and problem-solving style of leadership to a more co-creative coach approach. When we learn the mindset, skills and a framework for meaningful coaching conversations, we can tap into the motivation of our employees, helping them unlock their potential while feeling appreciated and valued in their role.
