Leadership Strengths and Styles - ONLINE

It’s often said that “leadership cannot be taught but it can be learned”. Leadership Strengths and Styles is an opportunity for both formal and informal leaders to take their learning to the next level, starting with dialogue and reflection about leadership and personal values. With a focus on self-awareness and self-management, this four-week online course uses the highly-respected StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment to help participants identify their key strengths and develop action strategies to utilize those strengths for maximum effectiveness. You will also learn about six key leadership styles and how to use them to teach, engage, motivate and inspire others.

Mindful Resilience in the Workplace - ONLINE

We don’t have control over most change, but we do have control over how we respond to it. The key to this response is resilience – and the good news is that it can be developed. In this interactive and experiential four-week online course, you will learn practical techniques for strengthening resilience, including the use of mindfulness practices which has been proven to be one of the most effective techniques.

Design Thinking - ONLINE

This four-week interactive and facilitator-led course will explore the principles and methods of Design Thinking. Throughout the course, you will utilize Design Thinking approaches to work on specific workplace, or life, challenges. You will also identify a suitable challenge of your own, and develop a plan to address it. By the end of the course, you will understand how Design Thinking can provide answers to the ambiguity and uncertainty synonymous with 21st-century life and work.
