Course Description

In today’s fast-changing world, the ability to navigate organizational transformation is essential. This pace and the complexity of change requires an understanding of change management from a people-first perspective. This engaging, introductory course is designed to help you understand the fundamentals of change management and your role in creating positive, people-centered outcomes during periods of transformation. You’ll explore how individuals and organizations experience change, why resistance occurs, and how thoughtful communication and readiness strategies help move change forward successfully.
