Course Description
Implementing Change focuses on addressing the implementation process of change from both a personal and a professional perspective. By understanding how change impacts people and by applying the skills to manage those impacts more effectively, you will be better prepared to accommodate and leverage the personal opportunities that changes can create.
In this course, you will also develop and apply change leadership techniques and skills to help others manage the impacts of change more capably and, in turn, implement changes more successfully.

LEAD080 - Leading Meaningful Change: Leadership Essentials for our Times an 8-week course, has been replaced by two 4-week week courses (CHMN052 and LEAD053) to allow learners greater flexibility in scheduling. Therefore, students who have previously completed LEAD080 are not required to complete CHMN052-Foundations of Change Management or LEAD053-Implementing Change to fulfill the requirements for the Professional Certificate in Project and Change Management.
Prerequisites
For learners completing the Professional Certificate in Project and Change Management we recommend completing CHMN052 - Foundations of Change Management prior to LEAD053 - Implementing Change.
