Course DescriptionIt’s often said that “leadership cannot be taught but it can be learned”. Leadership Strengths and Styles is an opportunity for both formal and informal leaders to take their learning to the next level, starting with dialogue and reflection about leadership and personal values. With a focus on self-awareness and self-management, this course uses the highly-respected StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment to help participants identify their key strengths and develop action strategies to utilize those strengths for maximum effectiveness. You will also learn about six key leadership styles and how to use them to teach, engage, motivate and inspire others.
