Course Description

In this essential course, you will broaden your management and leadership acumen regarding strategic planning and operations within various business structures and systems. You will be introduced to diagnostic models and tools that can be applied within social enterprises and for-profit businesses.

Learn the language of finance for application in your leadership practice, including finance terms, formats, and interpretive analysis to illustrate the impact of resource management. By working through two unique case studies, you will focus on the impact of decision-making and internal/external stakeholder management.
