Tracy Roberts

Tracy Roberts, MA (Education), Certified Team Performance Practitioner, is a facilitator, graphic recorder, and lifelong doodler with nearly 20 years of experience in adult and higher education, learning design, educational technology, faculty development and managing teams, processes, and change. She has a passion for helping and seeing others succeed, and believes most things turn out better when approached with energy, attention to detail, and a big scoop of humour.

Visual Facilitation Practices: Level 2

Having a command of basic drawing, lettering, and layout for large-scale work on walls from Visual Facilitation Practice – Level 1, this course focuses on applying these skills to a variety of visual facilitation opportunities. Participants will move through an active day of drawing and planning, working alone and with others, on a variety of visual facilitation possibilities. Participants will plan and execute a few visual pieces based on their interests/needs. They are encouraged to use any real-life facilitation challenges!

Facilitation Activities to Energize Your Workshop

This one-day workshop will explore a variety of activities for your facilitator toolbox that help build trust with participants and respond to energy highs and lows. Learn opening activities that help set the tone, closing activities that help a group finish strong, and in-between activities that support transitions and tricky moments.
