Tammy Dewar

Tammy Dewar, PhD, PCC, brings a down to earth, authentic and hopeful attitude to her work as a speaker, facilitator and coach. She provides engaging and provocative learning experiences in emotional intelligence, leadership, coaching, resilience and innovation. She has been an Associate Faculty with Royal Roads University since 1997 and received a coaching award by Leadership Victoria in 2014. Dr. Dewar has a passion and expertise for helping leaders deal with team morale, engagement, trust, and conflict issues through powerful coaching experiences.
