Course Description

In today’s fast-changing world, the ability to navigate organizational transformation is essential. This pace and the complexity of change requires an understanding of change management from a people-first perspective. Learners will explore why change is necessary, how individuals and organizations react to change, and what approaches foster positive outcomes in uncertain times.

This engaging, introductory course is designed to help you understand the fundamentals of change management and your role in creating positive, people-centered outcomes during periods of transformation. You’ll explore how individuals and organizations experience change, why resistance occurs, and how thoughtful communication and readiness strategies help move change forward successfully. Foundations of Change is designed for early-career professionals, frontline employees, and anyone seeking a strong starting point in the field.
