CDEV060 - Governance Excellence: Aligning Expectations

Course Description

Vehicles with poor wheel alignment waste energy and may even veer off the road. Governing Councils and Boards also need continuous alignment of expectations. Join appointed, elected and management colleagues from government, corporate and non-profit agencies to develop good governance checklists, conduct regular check-ins, and implement preventive and remedial strategies. Participants will leave the course with tools and strategies to enhance strategic, policy, and service alignment in their organization.
