Refund Policy

All refund and withdrawal requests must be submitted to the program office in writing by email to pcs@royalroads.ca. If Professional and Continuing Studies cancels a course you have registered and paid for, you will receive a full refund. Students who are not able to participate in current course(s) due to circumstances beyond their control may be eligible as separate consideration for a non-refundable credit.

For synchronous course (classroom or online) - Full refunds or course transfer will be granted up to seven (7) full calendar days prior to the start date of the course. No refunds or course transfers are provided after this date.

For asynchronous courses (online or online blended) - Full refunds will be granted up to the end of the 3rd day of the course, and deferrals may be granted before the course start date.
