Plant-Based Eating Simplified

Taking the mystery out of plant-based eating, this workshop clearly explains essential nutrients and where to get them. It follows the new Canada Food Guide recommendations to incorporate more plant-based meals into our diet, detailing the health benefits of plant-based eating. This workshop provides practical knowledge, recreates familiar foods in a plant-based version, and presents meal planning that encompasses all our nutritional needs on a budget.
