Neuroleadership: Thinking Our Way to Better Results

Inscribed into the lintel above the Temple of Apollo in Delphi were the words “know thyself”. Developing self-knowledge and self-awareness is emerging in the literature as critical in leadership and leadership development. Goleman and others have explained that effective leadership begins with self-awareness. Self-awareness in turn facilitates self-management and social awareness. Finally, as a result of attention to these considerations, relationship management and effective leadership can emerge. In this course, we will focus on how we think and how we can think more effectively together to achieve extraordinary results.
