Lisa Eckmyn has spent the last 28 years as a leader, educator and coach. She has dedicated her practice to building thriving cultures and communities where everyone involved can bring their whole self to work and school. She was Practice Lead and Acting CEO of Refinery Leadership Partners, and Board Chair and Executive Director of Pacific Spirit School. Lisa’s holds an MA in Applied Behavioural Science, a Diploma in Adult Education and Certificates in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Organizational Coaching.

Candor is getting real and having meaningful and respectful conversations. This workshop is for formal or informal leaders, ready to expand their communication and leadership impact.
