Jon Donald, BA, MBA, ISO 9000 Lead Auditor, is a recognized leader in planning and implementing organizational change. He is an expert in organizational re-design, change management, communications, and the development and execution of change strategy, and is in the top one percent of recommended organizational change management advisers on LinkedIn Canada.
