Masterful ethical conduct results from a deep understanding of the considerations that relate to appropriate human behavior in the context of coaching, culture, and beyond. In this course, you will explore the ethical body of knowledge related to coaching and will explore best practices in addressing morally problematic situations involving individual and organizational trust and safety.
Through readings, discussions and assignments you will build an understanding of ethical conduct that will support effective coaching in an organizational context and beyond. Each of the unit activities will be based on readings and case studies for that knowledge area. The readings represent the context from which students will engage in discussion and debate.
